Receiving feedback from families and the Funeral Directors is really important to me and very much appreciated.
It truly helps to know how the family felt about the service and if they felt that their loved one was honoured in the way that they wanted. It also helps me to improve how I support and guide families through this difficult and heartbreaking process. My aim is always to learn – to learn what I am doing well and to continually improve where I can.
I just wanted to say thank you so much for yesterday, you were absolutely amazing. I had so many compliments as to how good you were and that people really thought you knew dad as a friend of your own as you did absolutely amazingly talking about him.

I just wanted to thank you for making mum’s funeral service so very special. The family were all in agreement (a first in itself!) that it was a lovely service, so together, we must have pitched it just right! Most importantly, I‘m sure Mum would have thought the same and that was what mattered most to me.
It couldn’t have been nearly as successful without your guidance, advice and all the time you gave me to get it right.

We just wanted to thank you for taking the service which was excellent

Oh Linda that was perfect, thank you. D. was so pleased it said everything
*
Dear Linda, I have lots of reports on how well you did at the service and people have said it was the best one they had been to
*I’d like to say a great big ‘thank you’ for the first class job you did for dad’s funeral today.

From the first time we all spoke you showed a rare ability to put us at ease whilst getting things organised and underway in what was in the end very little time, given everything else that’s going on around us. The Zoom’s were a tremendous help in that respect, as were the hints, tips and suggestions so generously given all along the way.
I know from speaking to others after the ceremony that they too quickly warmed to one who showed a remarkable but always respectful familiarity with someone they had never actually met.

My family and I would like to thank you for the beautiful service you gave for my husband… Everyone said how wonderful and personal it was to him. This was all due to the way you presented it…. you gave me so much support, leading up to that day, it meant so much to me…..

Linda, …. thank you for supplying an exceptional service to the family. On our first meeting I felt that we were just doing our duty and going through the motions. However your gentle probing and prompting gradually teased out our recollections and eventually our emotions. You did D. proud!
